If only all projects at home went this smooth! to keep it short: gave quote on time, came when he said he was going to come, gave suggestions on how to best tackle project and detailed info on what he was going to do. Came to install when he said (date and time and called to let me know he was on the way) showed me something was crooked and his plan to fix it visually which he totally did, installed and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

After so many horror stories of jobs done prior to using Angie's list, I am happy to see that top rated providers deliver!

Great response and service. Just came through a bad experience with my bathroom remodel. Needed to get the bathroom finished before holiday visitors/entertaining began. I found Looking Glass on Angies list. I pretty much knew what I wanted. My online message was answered by days end. I explained what I needed and I didn't feel they needed to come out to measure. They suggested making a template to insure that it was the size I "thought" I wanted. I did so. After calling to confirm, they suggested I take a photo of installation area and text it to them. This expedited the whole process so I had my mirror installed the first week in December. They arrived on time. Installation was clean and perfect!

We contacted Josh in the midst of a Master Bath remodel that took months!  Because we contacted him so early I had LOTS of time to ponder the install and ask questions.  I was really concerned that the wall where the hinges were going was constructed well enough to support the heavy duty hinges we needed for my 32" door.  Josh took all of my calls, returned all of my texts, and was extremely patient with me.  Install was quick, clean, and the measurements were extremely precise.  The experience with the doors was honestly the best part about the project.  We're also using Josh for some glass shelves and for glass furniture tops.  I would highly recommend him.

Josh came and looked at the job and in a few days came  back with the finished mirror and installed it. He had to make bevels to make the mirror fit in the old space. They did a very good job, and were very clean and careful  while doing it. I would recommend them.

It went real well, he was very neat and the client was pleased.

Josh was very quick to respond to my voicemail message. Was able to quote a fair price after sending him details of measurements and pictures. Was able to book an appt. within the week. He made sure to confirm appt. the day before and came on time day of. Was very courteous and professional and did the job with no problem.

We are extremely pleased with the workmanship provided by this company.  Josh, the owner, was on the ball.  No waiting for phone calls; he was immediate to answer all questions and quickly came out for an estimate.  His price was by far the best and with the impeccable service, I can't imagine using anyone else.  As a local real estate broker, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to change out their shower doors, mirrors, etc.  His estimates are free and he is very courteous.  It's a pleasure to find companies that are willing to not only go that extra mile for their customers, but also to produce quality work at excellent prices.  We love our shower door and our mirrors.

This was a large mirrored wall that had been installed when the house was built over 30 years ago. The removal turned out to be more difficult than originally expected but Josh handled the job well and was very personable and professional.  I would highly recommend his work.

They were half the price from the other quotes I received. The owner was very professional and punctual.

Josh the owner of Looking Glass called me back the next day after I left a message and set up an appointment to come see the frame and check the job to see if he could do it. He came the next day. He's a very nice, knowledgeable young man. He explained what he was going to have to to and that he might have to get the glass cut elsewhere. He also told me that we might have to go with either just beveled or just scalloped, that he might not be able to do both. That I had heard from everyone I had spoken with, so I was not surprised. He was excited by the challenge of working on this and was very positive.

He also gave me a good price considering the amount of work and only wanted a $150 refundable deposit to begin and worked with me to make 2 more payments until the job was completed. The only complaint is that it took a long time. We started before the holidays and I got the mirror in late Feb. It could have been a little faster, but he was taking his time to get it done right. Plus the glass company cutting the peice broke the 1st mirror after it was finished. He also thought I needed more time with the holidays, but that was mis-communication on my part, so no big deal there.

He had warned me that it would take time, but promised he's do it right. Wow, did he ever, not only is the mirror perfect, it has the scalloped and beveled edges that I had been told would be impossible. He even replaced the bottom part that was not broken and matched it. He re-did some of the wood on the frame and resting it so that it all matched perfectly. He glued the mirror to the frame so that it would have less chance of breaking if we move it again. He took great pride in his work and it showed.

Josh did and awesome job, went way above my expectations. It does not hurt that  he is a really nice guy and a caring dad, as he spoke with his sons on the phone on the 3 visits to my house. I liked that his boys were a priority in his life and the conversations showed their respect for their dad. That was the best character reference for me! I would use and refer him in a heartbeat. Very honest and skillful. Support local small business and fine craftsmen. Hire Josh Vasquez!
