It went very well. They took over and did an excellent job! They were courteous, professional, clean and punctual. They listened and answered my questions, and explained options and limitations.
Description of Work: Replacing carpet to tiles and laminates, painting of entire house, replacing some of my fence and my roof.

I have used KSN construction---aka Rico several times for remodeling needs. Everything is so beautiful---I feel like I have a brand new house. Rico and his team were punctual, detail oriented, worked within my budget. Rico inspected the remodeling to ensure quality. The projects finished on time and I am thrilled with the results. I will be using KSN construction for all of my home needs.
Description of Work: Remodel of kitchen and two bathrooms. (Repair of plumbing, drywall, new wood cabinets, new granite countertops, new electrical, new tile, new vanities/toilets.)
