I specialize in computer services such as hardware replacement/upgrades. In addition, I can help with software issues, such as slowness, glitches, suspected viruses, security, and general check-ups. In fact, if your computer turns on and has a connection to the internet - I can even help you remotely without having to step foot into the home! I am pet friendly, and have two cats of my own. I am elderly friendly. I am patient with the tech illiterate. Due to economic pressure, in-home consultations do have a fee (Over the phone & remote consultations are free). Pricing in general, I try to keep flexible and competitive.
