I have an account with them online and its pretty good. No complaints at all.

The Home Depot service is accommodating, very easy to work wit and you could get in touch with them and they will get back at you.  They have new and a wide variety of product lines you can choose from.

The price was very good but the subcontractors who did the installation were a problem. They came up with all of these extra charges. All they had to do was move one bed frame and they charged me $15. I was in a hurry because my tenants were coming so I just agreed to it. They wouldn't take my carpet out because it wasn't clean so I had to hire a handyman friend to do it. I told Home Depot about these people and they said they would look into it.

Home Depot was very competitive on even a non sales price. What clinched it for me were the additional rebates offered that the sales associate-Guenther-explained to me. I had been unaware of the rebates ($100 for appliance sales in this price range, free delivery after rebate (subtract $160 from my price) and the additional earth "week" 10% off. Guenther was extremely knowledgeable and very low pressure. Easily answered my questions and did NOT try to push me into a pricier set. Accommodated my request for a specific delivery date. He did ask if I wanted extended warranty-but merely as question-no pressure or sales pitch. I did "bite" which I rarely do (subtract $200 off my price above if you don't buy extended warranties). I was surprised when the delivery truck showed up-right on time. The truck was a "GE" truck. Apparently Home Depot or LG contracts delivery. But WITHOUT QUESTION this was the best delivery experience I've ever had. Extra courteous deliverymen. Within 20-25 minutes had hauled off old appliances, installed new/stacked, demonstrated operation (including how to level should future vibrations occurred, lint filter, etc etc) and checked to make sure water filled, spin rate was acceptable, etc. Answered questions knowledgeably. Both the purchase and delivery of the appliances were very positive experiences.

Installation was delayed because a down rod had to be special ordered. The workers came the day after I picked up the downrod. They removed the old, drive you crazy, clicking fan and installed the new one.
