Terrible. GC has terrible time management skills. His workers damaged my brand new, just installed carpet. His workers failed to cover the carpet before the renovating my 2nd floor. The walls were taken down to the studs. They cut pipes, made a new closet, painted, spackled, layed tile with grout and totally destroyed the carpet. The GC told me if the carpet didn’t come clean after professionally cleaning it, he would replace it. After it was cleaned, it still had grease stains on the light grey carpet. I showed him the pics. I asked him to please replace it and he said no, after he told my husband and I both, that he would. He did not keep his word. He is not honorable.
