See aboveGreat choice. After agonizing over choosing a good company and trying to decipher which reviews look shady or not, I settled on them for a sort of complex move. We had some larger furniture and also some furniture going to a different house with some staying in the truck a couple days. Everything was smooth and went well from start to finish. From the guy who comes out to the home to the follow-up calls to give details to the team arriving. The team was wonderful, the leader, Clemente, was very thorough and the men on the team were all so nice and accommodating. We were thrilled with how this all turned out. Don't hesitate to choose them. Excellent.

Nate and Diego arrived on time, were professional, efficient and got the job completed in less time than expected. I was very pleased with their service.

This is the best movong service I have ever used! Their staff was amazing. They moved my items with the same care they would have used in moving their own homes. Nothing was lost or broken & service was performed in a timely manner. The actual movers: Robert Benitez, David Chinea, Carl McDonald, & William Rohan Hunt were untmost professionals. Good employees are hard to find. I commend First Class on their choice of staff!

Take a pass with First Class. Had small amount of furniture to move from Miami home to summer home in the Northeast. Rep arrived for quote immediately but entire process came to a standstill and it was only following numerous calls that I got a moving date. When furniture arrived one of seven items had vanished. What would happen on a larger move? I ran into total indifference when I registered my concern, I guess they lose items on such a regular basis that it is routine for them but I lost a custom made item. I am hopeful that Angie does not bury this review as I am hopeful it will save others from dealing with a company that has made me feel like I'm a cog in the wheel.

Every one of the staff we came in contact with from the first phone call to the final move was courteous,efficient and helpful. They helped make our first move a smooth transition.

The movers were prompt, courteous and professional.

We had so many heavy pieces of furniture and they handled it with "kid gloves".  As stressful as moving is, they made it almost pleasant.  I really appreciated how much care they took when hauling our stuff out of the house.

It so well from top to bottom. We called a few places and ultimately went with First Class based on how well they responded to our needs. They showed up right on time, and got the job done with no problems.

Extremely professional and far nicer than most businesses I have dealt with. Went out of their way to make sure every detail was handled properly and the price was fair. I would recommend them to anyone moving anywhere!
