Price was fair and competitive. Communication was Professional . Installation was Punctual and professional ! From the moment Miss Rebecca came to my house ( with complete Covid protocol), she was punctual, informative and professional. She quoted me a few options with a couple of different materials. When we decided to move forward, her communication was on point, she kept us aware of all time lines ( getting permits and materials during Covid) and was flexible with our scheduling requests for installation. When Alan ( her husband) came to the house for installation, he was punctual, professional and polite. He answered all questions and you could tell that his experience was extensive. Nothing but good feelings about this project . You can tell that they care about doing it right and making the customer happy with the job and satisfied with the choice.

First Class Fence was awesome! I was amazed at the depth of their knowledge about what the city and subdivision requirements were for my particular area. They were so professional and soooo nice. They kept me informed about every step of the process from getting the permits to the installation. The installation was excellent and I am so happy with my fence. Not only was the quality excellent, but the price was lower than my other estimates and they included so much more.

I hired First Class Fence to install a fence to keep my dogs in the backyard...which I was worried about being that my backyard is the development wall as well and I was worried about the aesthetics. From my initial phone call with Rebecca, one of the owners, through installation, her and Alan, the other owner, were extremely helpful and professional. All scheduled appointments were kept (and if you live in South Florida you know what an incredible problem that can be with contractors). I am a woman and I can be a little ignorant about these kinds of things and Alan took extra time explaining the process to me...more than once. Every call I made was either answered or returned promptly. Alan arrived every day, as scheduled, even in the blistering heat and humidity. I worried for nothing, the fence is beautiful and adds to the aesthetics.

First Class Fence was very detailed about their process. I knew what to expect every step of the way. They were thorough with their job and it came out pristine. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done that will guarantee your end result looking fantastic!

Amazing! Rebecca and Alan were beyond timely, professional and priced just right. They respond quickly and were beyond thorough, when it’s tough to find quality folk to do work at your house, they are the exception, will definitely use them again.

Alan, the owner, installer, arrived early each morning to put in a fulls day work in the hot hot sun.. The project was completed in a few days and I am thrilled with the results. I live in Tamarac, FL which is a very strict city. I also have an HOA that is very demanding when it comes to the area decor. I had talked to two other companies. Neither could provide licenses or insurance. First class was referred by a trusted associate. Within one day of my first call, First class came out, gave estimate and provided license and insurance. The team is professional, punctual and kind.

Rebecca is an excellent communicator and project manager. She took care of everything and let us know what to do throughout. Install went well and we love our new fencing!

FAST AND SMOOTHLY. REBECCA UNDERSTOOD OUR NEED FOR A WAY TO CONTAIN OUR ESCAPING DOG AND DID HER BEST TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. SHE KNOWS ALL THE INS AND OUTS OF DESIGN AND PERMITS. CONTRACTOR ALAN DID A NEAT AND STROMN INSTALLATION. HE MODIFIED THE FENCE TO MAKE IT DOG PROOF ON OUR SLOPED LAND NEAR OUR CANAL. IT LOOKS GOOD AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE RESULT.

Excellent experience with 1st Class Fence and Rail. Rebecca and Alan were both very knowledgable and professional. Everything went as planned and on time each step of the way. Rebecca’s attention to details and keeping in touch with the scheduling progress was a plus. The fence is of the best quality available and the stump removal and additional work that we had done came out equally as well. All this was also at a very competitive and reasonable price point for a reputable contractor. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience working with Rebecca and her husband Alan! My husband and I wanted a horizontal PVC fence installed and it looks absolutely beautiful - we are so pleased with their work. Rebecca was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely organized. She explained the entire process to us so we would know exactly what to expect when it came to permits and city workers coming to look at our property. She let us know that the prep work would be lengthy and it was. However, once the permits were obtained and the appropriate documents were in place, Alan completed the installation of the fence in under three days! Overall, we had an excellent experience and would recommend them again!

Excellent! We brought the house several months before moving in and Rebecca worked with us every step of the way. After our initial meeting, Rebecca helped us through filling out the necessary paper work, permitting, and coordinating the building all before we did our official move. First Class Fencing even went out of their way to pick up and copy our house surveys since we were out of town. We were impressed with the service and the quality of the fence is no different.

Extremely well. They are very professional. They never missed a deadline and their work passed the city permit process with ease.

We had five different Fencing Companies come out to our house to look over the property and provide quotes. Four of the five actually provided a quote. The only company to actually quote exactly what we wanted was First Class Fence. Other Companies either provided inferior materials in their quote or tried to talk us out of what we wanted. First Class Fence provided electronic brochures about their PVC Fencing, a sample of the product that I requested and web links to the PVC Fence Manufacturer when they provided their quote. They were the only contractor to do this for us. I've worked for a Commercial AC Construction Contractor for over 36 years and I would have to say that based on my personal experience working with different contractors over the years, First Class Fence is a top notch, Professional Contractor providing quality products, service and quality construction! The fence passed all inspections and one inspector from my city commented on how good the fence looked. I agreed with the inspector, the fence looks great! My wife and I couldn't be more pleased! From first contact to last, I couldn't have been happier. Their pricing was reasonable and appropriate for superior work. All questions were answered in a timely and professional manner. I was kept fully informed from beginning to end when things were going to happen and how the city permit process was proceeding. Every appointment whether it was to sign papers or to do the work was on time. The work itself was excellent resulting in a fine looking fence that adds value to my home.

1st class fence took all the worry out of hiring someone from the start. As a single women I know I have to be careful not to hire the wrong person as the results can be awful.
