Great! Dr. Cool installed new thermostat and replaced breaker which may have been the reason the original thermostat stopped working.

Tenant complained A/C not working on Saturday evening. I was pleasantly surprised that Ralph picked up my call on Sunday evening and promised to go out and take a look on Monday. We ended up needing a new A/C unit. Ralph gave us a reasonable price for a 5-ton Goodman unit and he was even willing to come back the same evening to install it. It was a late night for him. Everything seems to be working fine so far. I would consider hiring him again in the future.

This was the MOST pleasant experience I had with hiring a company to work at my house. Ralph was punctual, and professional. After doing my research, Dr. Cool A/C offered the best price for a new a/c unit. I recommend it to anyone in need of a new a/c appliance and also service of a used one. They have great service. EVERYTHING was perfect. And no, I am not related to him or friends. I chose from the Angie's list website and it was the best, he called me to remind the day he was coming, they started and finished on time, and left the house clean, no debris outside.

The install was extremelly professional and meticulous. I live in an older building and there were some piping issues that were handled and repaired. I will use Dr. cool A/C for all of my A/C and heating needs. He registered my units before he left and showed me how to use thermostat and replace filters. Very thorough! The best experience I've ever had with a contractor!

Alternative Solutionz did an excellent job! They arrived on time for both the initial survey or the install and the day of the actual install. Ralph as professional and transparent on the issues and demands of the job, including the system to be installed. Although the task took longer than I expected, every detail was addressed to my satisfaction, plus consideration of any issues/preferences which I might like to address/change after the installation. I am very much pleased with the system, service and installation. I would highly recommend Alternative Solutionz to any homeowner as their service and support is clearly above and beyond the call.

Ralph was really great. He was punctual, knew his craft very well, and was nice enough to throw in an AC gas refill. He was also great for planning a new AC installation in the house, which I hope to do with Alternative Solutionz in the near future. Very  professional and recommendable.

Ralph provided excellent service. He is friendly, prompt and courteous.He was very attentive to my requests. In addition to the UV light I wanted an AC tune-up. He performed all and a little extra due to a mix up with Angie's List. I have had many AC services provided by multiple vendors in Broward County. So far Alternative Solutionz/Dr. Cool is the best. I would definitively hire him again.

Amazing service. Ralph really went above and beyond. We are in the midst of buying a new home and some questions came-up around the functionality of the AC in the home inspection. Called Ralph on a Friday and he was able to accommodate an evaluation the next morning. He got the AC up and running, troubleshooting what the home inspector could not do. After figuring out the the issue was a circuit breaker, he let me know that when we're settled in, he could come back and fix it. No charge for having a look. That's unheard of. Can't thank you enough, Ralph!

Bought the lamp as an Angie's deal on a Sunday night, Called the provider Monday morning, on Tuesday morning Ralph showed up on time and got the job done neatly and quickly. Would call them again in a second.

My air conditioner backed up and flooded my closet and bedroom. The owner came out and flushed out the Unit and is in the process of replacing the pipe. That I haven't paid for yet.

I called the company and they responded immediately. Ralph the owner, figured out why my ice maker wasn't working and put the new parts in. It was perfect.
