+ 1 moreMy neighbor and I both picked this company based upon the work he had done in our neighborhood several years ago. The owner, George Moreno, was very responsive until he got our deposits. Afterward, it was constant excuses why he couldn't start the jobs, rain, other jobs, etc. The contract was signed in March and as of September neither of us has had any work started. George ultimately blocked both of our numbers and cut off communication until he was contacted by a Police Detective. George claimed it was a misunderstanding and offered full refunds. The refund date he set has come and gone and he continues to ignore any further communication. Fraud charges are pending,
