When my kitchen cabinets were installed immediately noticed the sides of the cabinet along bottom were splintered and I brought it to the attention of Paul. He repeatedly told me not to worry he would take care of it. Eight months or so later after I kept hounding him to fix he to,d me he installed the cabinets on another job and that is the way they came from factory, I asked if they were defective why did he hang them in the first place, no reply. I paid full price for perfect not for defective, damaged. He never fixed them after all his promises. In master bath he drew me a sketch of a what he said would have to be a custom cabinet because of the size. I reguested two vanities with a cabinet and three drawers each with a bridge drawer in the middle to act as dressing table, his drawing was perfect and the cost would be $2400.00 for custom. He installed two standard size Home Depot cabinets with two deep drawers same as kitchen cabs, not suitable for a vanity separated by long drawer for the bridge, nothing like he drew and very impractical, $2400.00 ridiculous. The handles tarnished immediately, said he would replace then said would not because the tarnish was from chemicals that are in products we use in the bathroom. Why would he use handles I the bathroom that tarnish with bathroom use. His painters did a horrific job in the entire house, he sent them back three times and then finally sent a painter who did his best to correct mistakes, it still needs work. Mr. Dunkley is not a professional, he sweet talks you and sounds like he knows what he is doing but he actually doesn't. He installed permanent t strainers in my bathroom sinks like you see in restrooms, not stoppers to let water in and out, after I pointed this out to him he begrudgingly installed stoppers. Paul turned out to be dishonorable, and I am very disappointed. I put in a complaint to the Better Buisness Bureau but he did. It have the decency to respond, Next step is small claims court.
