+ -1 moreComcast Cable is the world's worst business I've ever done business with. They promise one thing over the phone and when the tech comes out, it's a different story. We had 4 techs come out to our house in 1 week!! I have had to call 8 times and speak to 3 different supervisors. Thank God they record the conversations. If I don't get what I was promised, I'm taking the case to the Corporate headquarters. So sad. I left DirecTV because of the price. I'm truly thinking about going back.
