They used to be very, very good. They had some changes and did something that was not correct. They were very, very good before that. It seems like owner's son came in and I don't know what happened. My cousin from Orlando was an auto mechanic and he wanted to help me. When I went in, I told him about the situation. He said that it needed to be replaced because he didn't put it in properly. I found out later because he was trying to show me there was a hole. A lot of mechanics that I knew was like walking around with their heads down. I already spent a lot of money at that point. The guy must have punched like a hole or something. They didn't hook it up. I think what happened was they thought I needed a new radiator.

They're honest and have good prices. For instance I've taken my car change in one of those tires places and they said I needed new breaks and I've taken it to Bob's and they say my breaks are only halfway done, I'm good for another 10,000 miles or so. I would recommend them to anybody.

Their service is excellent. I have used them for approximately 20 years. They are very trustworthy, honest, and they will bring the part to you or take you to your car to show you what is wrong with it. They are very professional as well. Their oil change cannot be beat. They do not do bait and switch at all with the services.
