We lost a significant portion of our security deposit due to a lack of cleaning. Neither the kitchen, bathrooms, nor appliances were cleaned. The baseboards and air vents were left dusty. The kitchen floor was not scrubbed. The cleaner stayed close to 5 hours, however, I didn't stay for the cleaning process since the house was vacant. I simply left him to do his job, which I now regret. This company cannot be trusted.
