She has always been flexible with her time. The woman she received a negative rating from just sounds like a grumpy old woman. I would highly recommend this service.
"Prior to commencement of work, I provide each client with a copy of my License, Insurance, Bond, National (FBI) Criminal Background Check and Local (Florida) Criminal Background Check. Most of my business is generated by word-of-mouth, therefore I am rarely asked for references and I do not routinely distribute a list. If a client requests references I am more than happy to provide a list. With the exception of my first appointment of the day, I am unable to guarantee an exact arrival time. I often service several properties in a day and the arrival time for each is contingent upon completion time of the appointment prior. I provide an estimated arrival within a two hour window and as a courtesy, I provide an appointment reminder phone call 24-48 hours in advance. Occasionally a client's needs exceed the boundaries of my established policies and procedures and it is in the best interest of both parties that I decline the opportunity to do business."
