This experience has been a challenge from the start. I had been looking forward to having my windows tinted for some time. Afte leaving a "mandatory" 50% deposit virtually same day, my project was put on hold for almost 2 months. I had to continuously reach out to get an appointment, and then they "forgot" about my appointment a few times. I finally get the job done, and within 1 week, it is peeling, also it is completely scratched due to their application method. It then takes 3 more weeks to get them to come out and "fix" it. Again, 3 days later it is peeling, and the scratches have yet to be addressed. Now I just want a refund, which I am told I cannot have because of the time lapse- which was THEIR FAULT!! Customer beware!! I am still hoping for a refund, but basically this was a complete waste of $700!!! Second review: They came out to reinstall, brought the wrong tint, took down my tint and now will not return my calls or messages. Complete frauds!!! Buyer beware!!

So far, my experience with SimpliSurface has not been great. They applied solar tint to my sliding glass doors. it peeled within days. It took them 3 weeks to come out and fix it, after waiting 4 weeks for the initial install. Now, 3 weeks later, it is peeling again. It is also completely scratched, which is VERY noticeable from the interior of the room. This is due to their application method. Their only solution is a darker, "stickier" tint, which I do not want, or a reapplication of what I have, which I also do not want! What I want is a refund!

I hired SimpliSurface Solutions to install epoxy flooring in my new home, and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. The company failed to meet the agreed-upon standards as outlined in their proposal, leading to defective and unsafe flooring throughout my home. These defects not only rendered the floors unusable but also caused damage to other areas of my home, including shower pans and toilet flanges, which are now covered in epoxy coating and flakes. Despite raising these issues and providing clear evidence of their breach of contract, SimpliSurface Solutions has refused to offer a refund or reimbursement for the costs incurred to repair the damages.
