Nancy's Interiors & Remodeling

Design aesthetic is good, quality of materials used is excellent.  Scheduling of subs was often difficult; work was sometimes scheduled during times when we were not at home, although we had provided our schedule well in advance.  Phone calls to the office were not returned in a timely manner.  We had to insist on using a licensed electrician which required separate negotiation for pricing (additional $1700), since the original contract made no allowance for providing adequate electrical outlets and switches in the kitchen.  Plumbing work was done by the contractor's handyman, who, although we were assured about his competence, failed to connect the dishwasher correctly leading to a flood in the new cabinets the very first time the dishwasher was used.  Although the contractor apologized and paid for a licensed plumber to repair the leak, the under sink stack, which was installed by the same handyman, causes the sink to drain very slowly.  When we complained, the handyman inspected his own work and promised to contact us regarding rebuilding of the stack.  Three weeks later, we have heard nothing.
In summary, the cabinetry and countertops are beautiful and the lighting, purchased separately by us, is updated and correctly installed.  Dealing with this contractor was often difficult.  When we are ready to remodel the bathrooms, we will search for another contractor.

Their price and quality are good. They are extremely flexible, they work with me and they have good design ideas.

They finished the job well ahead of schedule. They came in exactly to the ( inaudible 27:20:1) down there. They did excellent work and everyone that worked for Nancy was very professional and very courteous. Their pricing were in the middle - they were not the highest and they were not the lowest. They were second from the lowest as far as our estimates were concerned. But I think we got what we paid for. They did a lot of work for a reasonable, fair price.

Nancy arrived about 11 AM, removed some old wallpaper below the chair rail. Painted a window sized niche and proceeded to hang wallpaper above and below chair rail. Nancy matched the strips strictly by eye, she didn't have to measure. Obviously knows what she's doing. Work was finished and cleaned up about 3 PM. Very professional.
