Tech was very friendly, he showed up on time and did good work. My issue was the price of over $600 for two hours of work including a trip to pick up a new flang for the toilet. He also miss placed new shims so they weren't used to set the toilet. So we paid $300 per hour plus parts for less than $50 and don't know if the toilet will be stable over time with the missing shims.

"Hello Jim Thank you for your review, we did quote out two different options for you one or replacing the flange only and a second of replacing flange and installing your toilet. You elected the 631 price tag as the flange repair would have only been 336. As for the sturdiness of the toilet the toilet was grouted to the floor with a grout under the toilet, so if you followed instructions and waited for grout to harden before using toilet there will be no issues."

I wanted a more efficient way to provide my homes hot water. I know regular water heats waste a lot of electricity because the tank water heater continuously heats the water in the tank all year long. And me & my family were tired of running out of hot water. We took many estimates and we decided to hire Ka-bam Plumbing because the price was fair and the owner of the company took it upon himself to come out and provide us with many different options from hybrid water heaters to tankless water heaters. And Mike really knows his stuff! Thanks Ka-Bam! We couldnâ t be happier.
