David and the crew were very punctual, very professional, and did everything they promised in the time frame they promised.  We are very pleased with our new floors and would recommend them to anyone.

Like clockwork. They arrived on time, removed carpet instages, levelled floor and installed laminate flooring. Everything went very smoothly. They have a cutter that shears the laminate so no saws in the house. The few pieces that needed saws were in the front yard. That caused delays as it was raining every afternoon. What may have been a 2 1/2 day job turned into a 4 day job.
Crew was well prepared and professional. The new baseboards are installed perfectly. They moved the furniture as necessary. Just a great job and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Update. March 2016 we added ceramic tile to our enclosed porch (lanai, Florida room). The job went very smoothly with high quality work and good prices. Again, highly recommended.

BROUGHT IN CARPET.  STRETCHED IT.  VACUUMED IT.  LIKE CLOCK WORK.    THEY KNEW THEIR TRADE AND THEY WERE EFFICIENT.  WE ARE DELIGHTED.

The people that work there and came out are really nice. The owner even acknowledged that one of the tiles was higher than the other and the grout was a different shade. I am not a professional but I can say that this is the worst job I had ever had. I even noticed that the corners weren?t leveled and when the tiles meet they aren?t the same level. The owner said that it?s supposed to be like that because it is tumbled tile and the guy who did it said that it?s because my floor isn?t leveled. I am really having a hard time now finding another company to come out and fix this because they don?t want to get in the middle of this. I have asked other companies? about this and they stated that all of my tile and corners are supposed to be leveled. This company is willing to regrout but not fix my corners. Originally when they ordered the tile they brought to my attention that there were two different tiles in the case. They stated that they would order six more cases so that they wouldn?t have to use the tiles that were different. I agreed with the installer and the tiles are beautiful, but how they laid it down is just not right.
UPDATE 09/11/14
After reading the response to my initial review from John Moore Flooring. There are several false statements in that response. 1) they did offer to send a rep from the tile company, but when I told them that I had a flooring inspector that offer was taken off of the table that was on 7/31/14 2) I never asked them to "grout over grout" their installer did that3)I never "slammed the door" in anyone's face4)The entire tone of trying to remedy this situation changed when I told them I was hiring a floor inspector. The last time I spoke to David was on 7/31/14 and he told me that he would have John Moore call me. I have not heard anything since then to try to make any attempt to make this right. No one has been to my home so the statement that I slammed the door in anyone's face is false.

After been held up on other matters this issue took a back seat and I also had a dispute in progress with the credit card department over the John Moore Flooring issue.  In December 2014, I was regrettably informed I had no chargeback rights to further pursue per Visa regulation because I signed a contract agreeing to "all sales are final", but I was given other avenues.
John Moore Floor Covering Warranty states it 'warrants the labor on the floor covering to the original purchaser for lifetime.  Any installation related issues will be done in a timely manner'.  But this was never the case with my flooring experience with John Moore Floor Covering/Anne's Design & Floors, everytime the floor installer came over with his 2-3 helpers they were always unprepared.  They couldn't replace any of the tiles because they had the wrong size tiles.  They asked me if I had grout left over, when I told them they didn't leave any grout behind they went outside and came back a short time later with a bag that was already open, it was less than half of a bag, I guess that's why they grouted certain areas, leaving me with a worse grout job.  I end up with the horrible workmanship.  I don't believe they had any intentions to do the grout job over or replace any of the tiles. I had to hire a Certify Floor Inspector and have a report stating the different grout color, different tiles, lippages and same markings and hue were all laid together and I have pictures.
Response from JOHN MOORE FLOORING
"We regret anytime a customer is unhappy and our desire is to make it right. The customer selected a hammered edge tile while lovely, has a natural pattern. When crew arrived to remedy the complaint, the client denied them access, claiming they were not in the mood. We offered to have a representative from the tile company to come look at it but they said no. During the course of the job the installer offered to make any changes they wanted, the customer refused to have the change done properly and demanded grout over grout. They were advised that this would cause a discoloration but they insisted. The customer did not like the pattern of tile so we ordered 7 extra boxes of tile at no cost-this is never done as it is a natural pattern. Again, when we arrived, the customer slammed the door in our face, making any reconciliation impossible. The customer said they are going to hire another company, which will make it impossible for us to take any further action. As the owner, I found it to be a beautiful tile job."
