The lady that answered the phone was friendly and informative, the plumber Kevin was great, he worked with me and ended up making 2 trips. The owner drove out and introduced himself to me. Everyone involved was friendly, professional and easy to work with.

hadn't arrived by 8:30am I called the office to make sure that he was still coming. That's when I found out the new girl should have said that the plumber will arrive between 8am and 11am. The plumber (Felix) arrived at 10:45am and got right to work. Felix is a very friendly man who is also a very good plumber. Felix
kept right on working while giving us information on the area. (We had just moved here from out of state 7 days ago).
Bottom line is, Yes I would use Howie's Plumbing again.
