The team was punctual, efficient, pleasant, stayed on task and did a great job installing my new laminate floors.  I am thrilled with the result.  

 When the job was finished, one of the installers noticed a problem with a bifold door (which no one else had been able to fix).  He went out to the truck, quickly found a part, came in, installed it, the door works perfectly.  The whole process took possibly 8 minutes (including the trip to the truck.  

Sorry that I didn't add this review sooner.  I am still thrilled with this floor (and the cabinet door)!

We would never do it again. It has been an ongoing issue. I've been trying to resolve the window issue with them. They said they would fix it and they wanted to wait until Spring because it was really cold and icy last Winter and I agreed to that. They refused to fix it at this point. They used the cheap bafflings instead of using the non-expanding foam which has become the industry standard. I wouldn't do business with them anymore because they never fixed the issue. They did some insulation which they did a fine job. As for my overall experience, I would not use them again for anything.

Following  a number of intensive planning sessions with Home Depot employee in store, new cabinets were ordered and timeline was presented to me.  Kitchen cabinets were removed in 90 minutes  by demolition team, who I believe worked for TPI.  Noticed damage to soffitt ceiling after they left.  Plumbing was done by LETO Plumbing, very professional, properly done work.  Kraftmaid cabinets were delivered as ordered with no defects.  Total Professional Installations (TPI) sent one person to install all 16 cabinets.  Encountered a number of problems with installation, mostly dealing with cabinet molding issues which installer allocated to kitchen's wavy soffit.  Installer repaired ceiling damage.
A meeting with Home Depot manager, during which I showed him pictures of problem areas, resulted in his sending troubleshooter to my home and things were made right.  Both manager and troubleshooter were very understanding, professional and helpful.  Countertop installers from Distinctive Services were very professional and took pride in their work.   Overall, I am pleased with the result.  
There is one area where a larger base cabinet could have been used, but I believe the plan called for a 3" filler which was not used, so the upper cabinet extends 3" further than the lower cabinet.   The  4" countertop overhang masks the difference .   I did not ask to have it corrected since the countertops had been installed.  It does not interfere with the  function of the kitchen or the overall design impression.  
The kitchen is lovely.  It functions beautifully, and I am happy to walk in there every day.
