Hillsborough Title Inc- South Shore

Our experience with Hillsborough Title (Nicole in particular) was unsatisfactory in most respects. Just some examples include: contact was not made when it should have been, messages to them were repeatedly ignored, inaccurate information was given, closing documents had to be corrected multiple times and everything was done at, or even after, the last minute. We closed 2 weeks ago and are still dealing with errors they made. The title company is chosen by the seller and we could not change companies. I have been told by both realtors they will not use Hillsborough Title again. The theme there seems to be: the buyer must put up with anything, it?s ok to waste days of their time and make them jump through hoops at the last minute because of the threat of losing the house they want. An already difficult process was made much worse unnecessarily.
