Jim was punctual and cooperative when initially reviewing the property and our renovation plans. He was thorough when inspecting the property and provided detailed plans for the renovation. He also obtained approval from the local historic review board so the necessary permits would be issued without delay. In addition, he also suggested builders/contractors to utilize for competitive quotes. He has been invaluable in assisting us in navigating through to plan approval process as well as the bidding process for this project. We would not hesitate in using his services again or recommending his firm for someone requiring his type of service.
