In a word: Great! The crew showed up the day after the request was made, despite a two week ETA. They were super professional, knowledgable and most importantly, were able to communicate what was going on throughout the entire process. In and out in under an hour on something that had me stumped and thinking I was going to need some major electrical rework. 10:10 would use again.

Prompt courteous service that required a second visit to correct the problem, and the second visit was done for free as part of their warranty provisions - really appreciated their excellent service - i will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased that an electrician showed up one hour after I called for service. The part had to be ordered so we had to wait until the part came in. But, as soon as the part arrived an electrician showed up the next morning to install the new breaker. It is wonderful to have power again!

Excellent-they came immediately and completed repairs coordinating with the county inspectors and Keys Energy so the power could be reinstated the same day. We would definitely recommend and will hire for future needs. (Price included the cost of emergency permit)

I hires Lower Keys Electric when I first bought and renovated my keys house in 2011. They also wired my storage area when I built it. They have ALWAYS provide fair, prompt, courteous service in a professional manner. This last contract with them was just a continuation of a good business relationship.

Company provided a quote to install a whole house surge protector.  Two units where installed in the downstairs panel and one in the panel inside the house.  The electrician was prompt and job was completed quickly.

They said due to the ever changing change in cost of materials, this is an estimate for the materials. They said they will try to stay true to the estimate they gave me and then tried to over charge me $450. They made it clear with the contract that I signed that the price I would be paying would be for everything and then tried to overcharge.

Great!  Work was done very very professional.  Workers were tidy and neat as work took 2 days to complete.   We were informed of sub standard and dangerous electrical situations as they tried to do their work, it was suggested how to deal with decisions.  As my husband knows electrical standards, all suggestions were valid and not "make work or $" for their benefit.  They were conscious of our budget and expectations.  Great job, great personable and professional workers on our site. Would use them again, glad that they were recommended to us!!

I couldn't. Be happier with the job. The work was high quality, the employees from the office staff to the technicians were a pleasure to deal with? This company is fair, honest and a pleasant relief from the usual keys "mañana attitude" They come when they say they will and do what they say they would. I would never consider hiring any one else for electrical work here in the lower keys.
