Dave , owner of this company provides excellent customer service. He did such a good job priming and caulking the outside of our cottage that we decided to have him paint the colour as well. He kept us abreast of the work he was doing on a regular basis and got back to us quickly if we had any questions or concerns. We live in Canada so all of this work was done with photos and email and phone contact regularly .
The general contractor we were using at the time quoted a price that was $7800 for a cottage that is 625 sq feet.
Dave did a wonderful job and even advised us prior to painting that the cottage siding had not be properly secured by the general contractor (who was doing the work on the cottage). We were impressed.
Anther big benefit of using this contractor is that he takes credit cards and this was great for us as we live in Canada and it is not easy to get payment to our contractors in a timely fashion.
