Sold me a computer and when I went to use it, it kept telling me that I was not using a ?genuine program?. This was a Word program. They fixed it the 1st time and it worked for about 6 month. The it came up again and they refused to come out and fix it. They also took the old tower with them and were supposed to put my old programs on a CD. They never did it and have never returned one of my calls inquiring about the status of it. I ended up having to buy another computer after the fact.
Description of Work: I used them to purchase a new desk top computer.
