WHITE'S FURNITURE-ACCESSORIES

After the delivery man left I found that the handles were so stiff that I could not recline the chairs. I called them and told them to either take the chairs back or send someone out to fix the chairs. The man that came out said he could not fix them. I'm unable to use the chair and they are wanting to charge a $545 restocking fee to take the chairs to repair them. They offered to send me a power chair stating the problem was with me not being able to use the chair. I want them to fix these chairs without charging me the restocking fee. They offered store credit, but would not include the $545 stocking fee in that credit. At this point I do not want their store credit. I looked at all of their lounge chairs and specifically chose the one I wanted. I ordered and paid for better upholstery.
