Very simply Tom upgraded a gaming desktop that i purchased from Staples 2 years ago and did a great upgrade to window 10 and suggested a few upgrades such as faster hard drive some 8 months ago still runs great. On a side note i have stopped by a few times to ask various questions and he is always willing to give his feed back, one was about organizing some software issues.
