Had an emergency in which my A/C system failed 4 days before vacation. True Comfort was very responsive and helped to get the system repaired before we left for vacation. Tim checked it out, found the problem, ordered the parts and completed the install with time to spare. It was hot and humid but True Comfort worked all day to install a completely new evaporator unit replacing the very old unit that was at the end of its life. An expert in A/C systems and a dedicated service provider. I would recommend True Comfort fo any resediential or commercial serviceing.

Tim has run his business by himself since Nichols Mechanical has been servicing my system - about 2 years now. Tim is always on time and has a large amount of experience with A/C systems and heating units, both residential and commercial. I ask a lot of questions when he is here because I have a technical background in another industry, so I'm always trying to learn more about things I'm not familiar with. Tim explains the details. Plus, he is concerned that his customers don't spend more than they have to.
Today's check-out of my A/C system showed I may need a new air handler in the attic sometime in the next year. I am confident the price will be very good and the work done expertly based on my experience with Nichols Mechanical from last year when the old compressor outside needed to be replaced when it developed a leak. Tim gave me options as to repair or replacement.
Since I know a little about technical systems such as A/C and can see Tim is watching out for his customers, I would feel comfortable recommending him since his work and customer attitude has always been first class.

Called for an appointment - scheduled within a couple of days. Tim does all his own work and showed up on time. Checked the outdoor A/C unit the air handler in the attic and temperature at a register inside the house. Made recommendations for the future such as the age of the system and expected life.

Tim is a pleasure to work with and seems to have lots of diagnostic equipment on his truck plus lots of common parts for immediateinstallation if needed.
