The job was poorly done by the company and is terrible unprofessional. He called you and said he would give a lot of excuses to redo the job and never show up. He should be off. Angi List

Sod installation is terrible. Have has 5 new homes and have never seen such shoddy work. Can't get any satisfaction from provider. I am really surprised that The Villages would use such a bad company. Been arguing with them since the house was two weeks old. They say it takes 3 years for sod to grow in. Really? I thought that was seed.

When they are onsite we are pleased with their work. The key to this service (and any lawn service) is the crew boss. The current one is quite responsive. I am a stickler for schedules and timeliness. If you tell me that you'll be at my place on Wednesday afternoon, then I'll be expecting you. If there's a problem, I'd appreciate a phone call. My only problem with Tri County mowing has been with them not always following the schedule. Contacts with the office staff, however, have always been positive. They follow through and check back to see if the customer is pleased. I like that.
Tri County has other services: sprinkler control, and " sprinkler donut " protectors placement are two that we've used. Josh is excellent. He is knowledgeable, articulate, efficient and always on time.

They come out a couple times a month. We are very satisfied and we have been using them close to three years.

They are getting better after several calls to the office. It all depends on the crew who is working that day.

I called the company on 12/6 they were here bright and early on 12/10 to do the job. They did a good job and were very professional.

They do a pretty good job and I am satisfied with their service. Their pricing is good, I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.
