Scott Skipper and SPS are FABULOUS! We had five estimates to re-roof our Gardenia, his price was the lowest, and the work was FAST (3.5 days), efficient, and pleasant. He showed up on time, got his guys started and they removed the old shingles, replaced necessary wood sheeting, and re-roofed it quickly and cleanly. I would hire him again and couldn't recommend him highly enough. He is a no-nonsense, hard-working guy and so are his crew members.

I contacted SPS and they said they would come out the next day and they did. The man climbed on the roof with a caulking gun and caulked around all vents. He said my roof was still in good condition and should be good for another 3-4 years. He gave me a ball park figure to replace and I will contact them when I decide to replace. Very satisfied with the quick response to my phone call.
