The job was done very professionally and timely and pricing was more affordable than other estimates I received.

Not well, most of shrubbery was either trimmed uneven, or not enough . They left the trimmings that fell into the shrubs and we had to pull them out. They didn’t even pull off dead leaves from shrubs and , in fact, didn’t even trim these particular shrubs. Called several times and spoke with whom I assume was the wife and was promised a same day call back from Albert Morales—-never happened! When we first met Albert he was very unprofessional and quoted an extremely high price for a very small job and said it was the going price in the area. I asked around and neighbors were astonished at how much we paid and how bad a job was done. One of the neighbors had used Morales in the past and dropped them because they did such a bad job. When the crew comes out, Albert doesn’t even show up and the crew doesn’t let you know when they are done so you can check the work, not do they let you know they are there so that you can go over what you want don’t. We told Albert this when he came over the first time to look at yard and give quote but I doubt he even passed this information on to his crew. New to the area and horrible experience. My only condolence is knowing that the word will spread very quickly in this area that Morales is not the guy to call for ANYTHING!!!!
