Handyman Service
He is most excellent at installing, fixing, assembling, etc. It works best for the customer -- should you have him paint -- the customer should buy the paint, and be specific with him on what you want done.. He will do the labor on this, but is not educated on paints per se. He is not fastidious when it comes to say, 'finishing', like cleaning up marks on a wall that he worked to get something heavy hung for you. But he is excellent at getting something heavy, awkward, and odd shaped, hung up for you. I figure I can clean up the smudges on the walls because he's done the hard part that we cannot do!!! My neighbor has also used him for minor electrical installation. My other neighbors call him for most things that in a retirement community, they cannot do themselves, like clean out attics, put up and take down Christmas decorations, fix lamp posts, etc.

Handyman Service
He has done several things for us over time and he is on time, no nonsense and gets right down to getting your stuff done. Many of the tasks when he does with painting, you must provide the paint and be specific about what you want painted. He's not a broad adviser type on approaches toward a work project. He just does whatever you tell him to do. He can paint floors, doors rooms, and fix nicks in walls and feather in a touch up to make it like its new. Saved us huge headaches this summer in clearing out of a house and getting it ready for settlement. He can repair or replace faucets too. He's good. Really good and reliable handymen are tough to find especially in retirement communities where much of the effort lies where older citizens can no longer do the physical work that they used to.
