The initial problem presented itself after hours but a call picked up by the company's answering service got me a repairman within 1 hour of my call. Water was restored in about an hour and I paid my bill. However, during the night, the pump went out again. I called at 7 a.m. and and by 9:45 I had two techs on scene who found the problem--a crimped wire that cause the breaker in the house to trip. By 10:30 the pump was working again and there was no charge for the call. They definitely back up their work.

Good. It was a large tank it had to be ordered and took a while to get in but once they received it it was delivered And installed promptly efficiently and correctly. I have used them in the past and they are quite responsive and prompt. We'll problems tend to be emergencies but they have always come thru.

There was air in the water lines; I was afraid the bladder tank had failed. I called Earl's and they came promptly the next day. He checked and told me it was just the seal on the pipe attached to the bladder tank so he disconnected the bladder tank, he leveled the area a bid; sat it back down and reconnected it. He also replaced a bad hose bib that I have in the well pump stand. He could have told me the bladder tank had failed and it would have cost three or four figures, but he was honest with me and even with replacing the hose bib it was less than $100 total. Reattaching the bladder tank completely got rid of the air in the lines; I won't use anyone else.

called about 11pm pump not pumping water told they will try and get hold of someone repairman called and said it would
take about 2 1/2 hours to get his truck and come out but he did not know any thing how to fix it .
