David came recommended by a close friend . He was very timely and performed each taks within the estimates time and price for each service .
      Also he wore shoe covers while working in the home and cleaned up very carefully after each job .
 I can not say enough good things about Dave .  If you are fortunate enough to hire him you will be very pleased .

This gentleman was highly recommended to me by a neighbor who had used him for several projects.  We found Dave to be absolutely wonderful.  He is very professional, very knowledgeable, extremely efficient as he works and above all a true gentleman.  He is very kind and considerate and meticulous in his work and leaves the work in a perfectly clean condition.  He will not leave until you are 100% satisfied.  We had him hang a large chandelier in our dining room, install a porch lantern above our front door entrance and clean the superstructure and screens of our lanai.  All this was accomplished in a single day at a price that was very fair.  In fact, we paid him more than he asked as we were so impressed with the quality of his work that we felt he deserved more.  We will always use Dave for any future project.  We rarely recommend service providers without limitations, but Dave is a gem.
