It was a two-day job, that turned into three days. However, I totally fine with it. When they came back on day two to seal the grout, they saw some spots that did not clean well. They re-cleaned ALL the tile in the house, and sealed on the third day. They were professional and polite. The price was fair. I would definitely hire them again.

When he arrived I told him I was an Angie's List member because I was curious if he had any discounts. He said I have nothing to do with them we did not ask to be on their list, someone else put us on. They did not vacuum before they cleaned the carpet, he said he vacuums as he goes. He left leaves, bugs, and worms on the floor. When I questioned as to why there was still debris, he said they blew in while he was working. This is not true, as they were there before he arrived. I had to ask him to vacuum after he was already finished cleaning the carpet. Even after he vacuumed a second time and left our property, there was still excessive debris left behind that we had to clean ourselves. We had to move everything and pick up items ourselves. He didn't move anything. I was surprised that he did not offer to move anything while he was cleaning. We were required to move everything ourselves, even small items like a pair of shoes. If we did not move it, the area it was in didn't get cleaned.
UPDATE: THE OWNER of the Company came back and thoroughly vacuumed and re-cleaned the carpet. I was very impressed with his dedicated, customer service attitude, unlike his SON that came before him. He mistakenly stated that we parked golf carts on the carpet and that I expected him to remove burns from it. All I expected was that it be vacuumed and cleaned thoroughly and thought it would be done right THE FIRST TIME. I wasted an entire day which started at 7:00a.m. and had to stay home waiting for them to return until after 4 p.m. as things were sitting in the drive way and could not be left unattended.

"Price - $60.00 Our Minimum cost per job with out labor. At the end of last year I deducted the total cost of labor from the gross of the company and I determined our cost per each job was $60.00. I also paid $20.00 in labor to costs to clean his garage carpet. My cost to do this job was $80.00, so I paid the home owner $20.00 to clean her garage carpet. Do we offer discounts to Angie's List Members? No we do not. I charge everyone the exact same price and even print our prices on the back of my Business Card. No one wants to find out that they paid more for the same service and think they have to negociate every deal. There is a price I have to charge to stay in business and it is in all our advertising and on the back of my cards. Before they purchased the house the home was a Modle home for the community. The garage was carpeted with a low traffic residential carpet and used in a high traffic area for an office used by salesmen and staff members. When the home owner purchased home the garage was used to park golf cart, cars and used as some type of electronic hobby room. I could not remove the burns in the carpet or turn this carpet into a new carpet. This carpet should have never been used in this garage. Professionalism? When the home owner called me after our son left her house, and sad she was not satisfied, I told her I would come over to resolve the problem. I arrived there after 4 P.M. and addressed all of the issues. I removed a tar spot caused by her car stops, vacuumed and re-cleaned the entire carpet. I also vacuumed the concrete surrounding the carpet and did remove the small bugs and cobwebbs from the concret. Our carpet cleaning machine is hooked up to the engine of our truck and is the largest vacuum that a carpet will ever see. When we Steam Clean the carpet the water and dirt is vacuumed up and returned to our truck. After I vacuumed and re-cleaned the entire carpet, I asked them if they would like to have me help them put the furniture back in the Garage? I was told my son had told them the furniture had to stay off the carpet for 3 hours. It was getting late so I told them I would help the put the furnishings back in the garage. I was told they would appreciate that and we put the items that were removed from the garage on foam blocks and furniture tabs so none of the items would leave a mark on the carpet. I feel the responsiveness and quality of our work is second to none. I doubt if the owner of many companies would drop what they were doing on their day off and come out and address a complaint within hours on the same day the customer calls. I agree the customer should be satisfied, if not it is the responsibility of the company to come out and address the complaint in a timely fashion. It is true we get a few compalints during the course of a year, but thats a record I am proud of. We do over 1500 jobs a year and if I have less than 1 or 2 compaints per month, that is a record I am proud of. If the Home Owner would like to call me and apalogize for leaving out all of the above details, I would accept their apalogy."

This company was recommended by a neighbor. Best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Also cleaned and sealed all tile. They are now the only carpet cleaners we will ever use.
