Creative Landscape Designs

Terrible! Walked through with owner to determine what was to be done. When actual work was in progress, he continually denied agreeing to some of the work. I had to continually walk through and point out plants that he did not remove. Then when he was specifically suppose to take out certain plants in an area, he just cut them down to the ground to make it look like they were taken out. Three days later when the plants started to grow again, I checked further, he never even attempted to remove the plants at all. When I confronted him, he said they did take them out. I have pictures showing they weren't. Very untrustworthy!!!!

Nothing happened

Ed has exceptional workers!! I would watch through the window at times & look at how deep in thought they would be as to exactly how to layout the design. To us, his team should have their faces put on money they're so good.?. The job turned out so incredibly good, much better than I anticipated. Absolutely recommend his team.

It took a number of days to finish the job and everything went perfectly. We plan to add another planted area at some point in the near future and there is no other company that I would call.

Only problems were that their estimates for when they could start or return to finish were estimates only. Start was 3 days late (Friday start vs. Tuesday estimate) which caused a weekend to intervene. Finished everything on a Tuesday AM. Work mainly done by two hard fast workers with boss bringing plants, mulch, tools etc. and boss hauling away old and dead waste.

Went well. Good guy and good workers. In certain areas went above what he could have done.

It was pretty good. They did not show up for two days without calling - after I called them, they told me they were waiting for more rocks to come in as they did not have enough at the supplier for our job. Once they did get the supplies, they came and finished very promptly. Ed Smith, the owner, is great to work with. Very easygoing and friendly - really knows a ton about plants and the design part he did was great, too. I have not seen any in our neighborhood that look as nice as ours and the fact that they made it a little different than what everyone else has was great.

Gave estimate, set date and completed work on time. No surprises.

Ed and his crew were very responsive during the installation process. He listened to all our suggestions. We have recommended him to several of our friends. My only complaint is with his follow up. We have set several meetings with him to discuss maintenance of our property and he missed several appointments. That is my only complaint about his follow-up service.

Creative Landscape came to my house on the exact date they told me they would be there. The owner created a design on paper for my approval, then executed the design to perfection. I am totally satisfied with the amazing job that they did.

Not too well. Company showed up on time for scheduled estimate of work to be done. Seemed very professional, friendly. Provided good ideas. We mentioned that we had a time frame that had to be met. He stated that he'd have the estimate returned to us within 4-5 days. It took 10 days minimum. Due to this delay we were concerned about getting the work completed on time so we hired another contractor. The delay may have been a result of our home being located 30-40 minutes from his usual marketing area.

Ed is the most creative landscaper I've encountered in this area. His work is best described as ''stunning'', his work and employees are professional, and he adds those extra touches to top off the projects he completes. His prices rival other landscapers, but his work outperforms them all.
