Daniel showed up promptly to give and an estimate and talked a good game. His price was fair, got on the job right away, and "finished" in a reasonable amount of time. They even cleaned up after fairly well compared to other contractors I hired... at least the first time. Because I was running late to an appointment, I did not have time to go over his work before I cut him the final check. My mistake. When they came back to fix some sub-par work, the finish work was still sub-par, and this time they didn't bother to clean up so much. Also, a bunch of my tools and an expensive kitchen knife (hundreds of dollars worth of stuff) happen to "disappear". Daniel would only own up to taking my commercial push broom, but either way I got none of it back even after several calls and texts. I had to fix a bunch of his shoddy finish work myself. The ceiling paint is peeling off, and he knocked out the entire outdoor power receptacle electrical circuit. He refuses to come by to make this good or return any of my stuff. This is not a respectable man, nor a business you should give any of your hard earned money to. STAY AWAY!!!
