Chris and Edwin were the consummate professionals. Neat, clean, courteous and non intrusive. Always asked if we were satisfied and willingly changed anything accordingly. Joe Zangre was always available either in person or phone.

Joe, the owner was very professional and was very good about returning calls with any questions or concerns we had. His contractors, Chris and Edwin were also very professional and were always on time. Very important to the Z group that we were pleased.

Z Group did an outstanding job.  From initial design to selection of components...all the way through the final punch list at completion this group did an outstanding job.  
Joe Zangre and his team were always accommodating of changes and suggestions.   They made a point of always telling us each day what work was to be accomplished and when workers would be on site.  For us it was completely hassle free.
The products selected and workmanship were of the highest quality.  When one of the cabinet doors had an irregularity, it was immediately replaced by the manufacturer.
I highly recommend them without any reservations.

The Z Group worked closely with us in the design of the remodeled bathroom, and worked to keep the project within strict financial limitations.  They started on time and worked consistently to the scheduled completion.  Since the bathroom was directly off the Master Bedroom, they minimized the disruption in our living conditions and left the areas untouched by the renovations in spotless condition.  The quality of their work was first rate, and required very little "punch list" follow-up.  We highly recommend The Z Group for their timeliness, professionalism and cost-effectiveness.

Joe and his son Chris and their subs were all extremely professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. When they ran in to some latent defects--old (non-active) termite damage to the shower stall studs along the exterior side--they worked with us to weigh our options, jointly came up with the best solution and then tackled it accordingly. Very pleased with their level of personal service and finished work product. We plan to have them return for some kitchen upgrades in the future.

Very well overall. Very responsive.  Returned phone calls, Cleaned up after installation. Would definitely recommend them.

I am SOOOO happy with the work that the Z Group did for me just
recently. Chris helped me out on a Sunday (wow) when I called asking if
he could urgently get my new office space ready for a Monday meeting.
Not only did he say yes, but he went completely out of his way to make
sure my job got completed, and came in below budget. He had to use his judgement
to change/purchase a few items I had bought incorrectly (without even
being able to contact me), and the final result was absolutely AWESOME!
The materials Chris chose made the job took 10 times better than I was
expecting from the materials I had purchased. I am so happy with his
professionalism, his attention to detail, his availability, and his price. Overall this
remodeling experience was EXCELLENT! Thanks Chris

I was referred to Joe from a retired contractor I found in a community letter.  He first did some work for my sisters, and I was really impressed. I hired him to do some small work for us a couple years ago, and when it came time to remodel our house, he was the guy I wanted.  I love him ? he is extremely trustworthy and I really like his work.  His son Chris is also fabulous and does beautiful work.  I?ve already recommended him to friends and it won?t be the last time.  I definitely recommend him for any job, big or small.  Five stars!!

The Z group was careful and thoughtful at all points of construction from demolition to finishing. Always being careful about dust and cleaning up after themselves. We missed them when they were gone! So very pleasant!

 Z Group (Joe Zangre) demolished our existing bathroom and completely renovated it.  We are absolutely delighted with the result!  It is hard to describe the extent to which this company made this work an easy experience.   They took good care of our existing home covering all carpeting required for access to the bathroom area and protected all of our possessions during the process.  I had the ideas, but Joe had the knowledge and dealt with the realities of design and construction.   Joe , then went "shopping" with us for all appliances and materials to be used which saved us both time and money. 
During the month long process, Joe and his workers were always mindful of the fact that we were struggling to carry on our own lives around them.   His employees and subcontractors were at all times considerate and helpful, to the highest degree possible.  They were at all times punctual and completed the project within their specified time frame.  
As the project progressed we asked Joe to do other work in our home.  He was always delighted to do so and was very reasonably priced for such "add ons".
I strongly recommend this contractor and will use him again for any other project.
