No follow up.

Jeff Woody was recommended to me by Angieâ s, and he was EXCELLENT!! It was a difficult project that I was having him do, as other companies that I had hired to do the work had quit on me and left the problem unresolved. Jeff came in and at first wasnâ t having much lunch, but he stuck with it and in the end solved the problem. He is diligent and very resourceful. I cannot recommend him enough as he impressed me greatly.

Installed a tub crooked and chipped my tile. replaced a shower cartridge and the fixture, chipped the wall tile called the crap out of it and left it looking tacky and horrible. No apology, no discount, super unprofessional when asked about the damage. Would recommend finding another plumber as he charges the same if not more than large companies who would do a professional job

They were amazing. Knew just what to do as I had 2 companies from American Home Shield and they could not fix the issue. Jeff came out and in 10 minutes had it fixed. They have the knowledge and the equipment to do big or small jobs. In addition they came out on a Saturday within 1 1/2 hours. If I could give him 20+ stars I would. I cannot thank you enough. Jeff was supposed to do the work by himself, but brought along a helper , they scratched up decorative tile, broke off a piece of concrete, and did very poor grout work. Jeff was asked and agreed to come back, continue the pool grout work, take care of the scratched tile, and do the grout work on the shower and glass block. he was paid in advance for all the agreed to work. he agreed to come back November 15 at 8 am, and complete the work himself. no show. no call. 2-3 hours later 2 helpers showed up in cowboy boots and jeans ill prepared to do the work. daily workday calls to Jeffrey woods have gone unanswered, and no return calls for 30 days,

This company is awesome! Showed up on time and did excellent work!!! Very, very reasonable prices, too. Am hiring him again to do more work. And, thanks to Jeff Sr., worked so hard to fix the problem, and it is finally fixed for good . If you hire this company-you won't be disappointed!!! Thank you!!!!

He did a good job. Showed up as he said and price was as he said. You get to speak right to a local guy, not some 800 number BS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Their cost and fees for their work was pricy. They had additional charges for their use of tools and then there was an additional fee, above an beyond, for the use of HomeAdvisor. If at all possible call someone else.
