They come annually for pest control spray. They do indoor and outdoor both. We inherit them when we moved in this house. They seem to be reasonable and fair so I continued using them.

If I have a problem other than their normal visit, they come, no questions, no charge. I am happy with their service. I don't have pests. They even came and helped me trap a mouse once.

I have used Wipeout services for 6 years. This year I added the lawn service. I Still have tons of weeds, bugs on my shrubs and ant hills in my yard. Big mistake. They seem to think that because I have the lawn service that the pest service followup for the house wasnt needed. They only treat 1 time in your home and a followup in 6 month on the outside of the home which I had to call twice before they came out. I have had more problems this year with bugs in my home then any other year prior. I have cancelled the lawn service and will be cancelling the pest control when my year is up.
