We are a full-service restoration company completing services for the remediation, repair and restoration of damaged residential and commercial properties; whether it be - water removal, flood demolition, tree removal, tarping, temporary roof repairs, mold remediation, smoke / fire remediation, and mold assessments. We stand out from our competitors because of this - "The Golden Rule". This is quite "old-school" to some, but we strive to fulfil the so-called "golden rule"; that is, "do unto others as you wish to be done to yourself" (Matthew 7:12). In fact, Jesus called it the summation of the law and the prophets. We see simply that life just goes well when people strive to this example. We have approximately 24 years of experience in the insurance and restoration business, and are considered experts in this arena. In fact, our owner, Christopher Blalock, has testified as an expert witness during several recent jury trials in the area of water / mold assessments and cleaning. Unfortunately, with many larger outfits, the client is reduced to a number. This is contrary to our business model that strives for awesome customer relations to produce direct client referrals. We strive for our clients to become part of our business network family. Because of this formula, we have clients going back (3) or more generations in family lines - that is, grand-father to daughter to niece to cousin, etc. We look forward to serving your family.
