Was a completely unpleasant experience, too many issues to recount. Please steer clear of this store if you want to save time, money and aggravation. Customer service is horrendous, Kevin, the salesman, is sorely lacking in interpersonal skills and overall, he's like a sleazy used car salesman. Comes on like a nice guy but he's full of BS and he's a liar. Started well enough but went downhill fast. Kevin is a phony "we do everything to make the customer happy" type of guy. However, as soon as you point out issues, like a few clumps of dirt underneath the windshield film directly in my line of sight, he sings a different tune and refuses to do anything about it. He cites a 5% tolerance clause and when you say "sure, but that's for creases or bubbles, etc, it surely mustn't include dirt". His response is "Oh, yes." Kevin is also very misleading. We discussed having my windshield tinted, in addition to all other windows, and he quoted a price. When I picked my car up I noticed on my drive home the windshield hadn't been tinted so I phoned. Kevin was flabbergasted that I thought the windshield was included in the price and said "We never do the windshield as part of a quoted price. The price I gave you was for all other windows. We quote the windshield separately. We certainly can do it, but it's $250 more." Let me ask, who elects to have their car windows tinted and thinks a quoted price doesn't include the windshield? It's the biggest window and is at an angle so it lets more heat and glare in than any other window. Come on! The next day when I went to have the windshield done there were two other customers that were complaining to him that they thought their windshield was going to be tinted too but hadn't been. Kevin said "You're the only people that have ever said that. I wasn't trying to mislead you." Yeah, right. Three people in the store at the same time all complaining about the same thing and it's the first time it's ever happened? All of the above doesn't take into account showing up for the appointment on time (actually a little ahead of time) and being told it would be an hour, so I decided to wait. 45 minutes later Kevin says it's going to be a little longer than he thought so maybe I should have someone pick me up. Really? I asked how much longer and he said at least another hour! I got picked up and Kevin said he would call as soon as the job was done. That was around 1:30. He never called and when I went back to the store at 4:45 he said "Oh, I was just going to call you." Sure. I had another car's windows tinted the next day, don't ask me why, and had the same problems. However, when they did the windshield they screwed it up and there were creases in the film so 5 hours later when I went to pick up her car the windshield wasn't tinted and he wanted me to set up another appointment to have it done when "their more experienced technician was back". He never called to say there was a problem...nothing. I could go on because there were other issues too. As I said, too numerous to mention. I'll never go back and I'll tell everyone I know to keep away. DON'T DO IT!!
