I can't say enough about Gary's technical knowledge in troubleshooting electrical wiring issues in an older home, his assistance in setting up the Nest thermostat, his excellent communication throughout the process and his willingness to help out whenever needed. I would highly recommend him for installing and servicing your next central air conditioning unit.

When I told Tighthouse about my $330 monthly electric bills. They sent a representative that examined my system, told me what could remain, what had to be replaced, and what needed to be reengineered. They explained the old basic builder standards and the new high efficiency standards in place at this time. Tighthouse assured me the changes would pay for themselves and provide years of maintenance free air conditioning. The work was all done in one day and 2 years later I have yet to see an electric bill over $125. Tighthouse now services all my properties. With the new technologies in place Tighthouse is the one contractor that will save you money in the end.
