It went well overall. We were very impressed with the punctuality of the service and the fact that the hourly charges don't apply until the technician arrives at the destination.

This was such a positive experience. We could not contact Angie's List for recommendations because the computer had failed. Therefore, I chose blindly out of The Real Yellow Pages. Chose this company primarily because they advertised they would come to us. It was late afternoon when I made the call and the technician said he would come in the morning. He arrived and set about diagnosing and troubleshooting. He took the computer to his shop after working here for two hours. He said he would return it the next day. He did so, again working quietly and effectively. His rates are the same per hour ($75) whether he works in the customer's home or at his shop. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your computer needs.
