They ripped off half our roof by mistake. They were supposed to do a different house in the neighborhood. They refuse to make it right. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Please no one use this company.

They didn't return phone calls timely. Contractor and office were not on the same page. We were told the work would be done on a specific day and the workers never showed up. Finally got in touch with someone and was told they weren't aware that they were to do the work at our house on that date. Had to reschedule. Work would have been performed with an error if my husband didn't keep checking on the progress. When pointed out it was fixed but these are the people who are the professionals. If this error wasn't caught the problem would have continued for which we were having the work done. We would not use this company again.

My warranty expired 6 months ago. They repaired my roof at no charge.

We were not there at the time the work was being done, however neighbors commented that they did a very good job.  We did find some nails and pieces of concrete in the grass from time to time but am sure they could not get it all. Our only problem was that they did not have one skylight when the roof was installed. We were told it was ordered and should be in be in March 6th or 7th. When we didn't hear anything from them, we called several times to see if they had received the skylight. Some phone calls were not returned. We kept being put off as to when we should expect to have the work fininshed. Do not know how much was the fault of the manufacturer and how much the fault of the business but felt like we were getting the run around. Skylight was finally installed 6/4/12.  Felt communication should have been better.

The owner came to give a quote.  He expertly drew a map of area and roof that needed attention.  He came within two days of my call.  The repairmen arrived about a week later to do the repair work.  My neighbor also enlisited them for the same repairs and were so pleased that The Stuart Roof Repair is at the top of our list for refers to friends and neighbors.  We got several bids and these people were the most reasonable and the most trustworthy.

Stuart Roofing were very good. Their work is guaranteed for two years. They were very professional. They follow up with what they are supposed to do and I felt very comfortable with them. They are not a fly by night company, I think he said they had been in business for 30 years. I tried to negotiate the price, but it was nonnegotiable. I had called them once, because I thought they had forgotten about us, but they had had another issue in Stewart when there was a big rainstorm. I bought into that and they did finally come. The bill took 3 months to get here. I thought the bill was never going to come, but it finally did. The guarantee is worth an A as well. When they told me they would be here they were. They were worth the wait. I always like to negotiate, but that was nonnegotiable. They did do good quality work. The guarantee is signed and dated.

They were not the cheapest estimate, but they were the most local, and we liked them. Metal got delivered to the wrong place, so there was a slight delay, but overall, everything was done in a timely manner. They have a great crew, who work together well. We had them come back to re-do some of the finish work on the facia, as well as to do a second clean-up around the house.

No problem until we tried to get the wind mitigation from the insurance company. That turned out to be a very big problem...no wind mitigation because Stuart Roofing couldn't provide the photos required by the insurance company. They did give me copies of the inspector's report, but I was told that all the necessary photos would be available to me and they were not.

Finally got it right - maybe

Contracted Stuart roofing to replace roof. Workers from Texas subcontracted to do the work. Stuart Roofing never on site. Job was lousy. Roof leaked. Ceiling had to be repainted due to leaks. Stuart Roofing told us to use bleach to get rid of water stains. Totally unprofessional.
