I called their office to set up an appointment to install my newly purchased toilet at about 10:30 am. By 2:00 pm that same day, Parker was at my home starting the job. He was friendly, polite and professional and completed the job in a little over 1 hour. Our condo complex has used Stuart Plumbing on more than one occasion and we have been very satisfied with their personnel and their work. They care about doing a good job, and about their customer's satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time.  Asked me good questions before starting work to ensure he didn't cut out more drywall than absolutely necessary.  Leak was found quickly and repaired immediately with parts on hand.
We've used Stuart Plumbing several times since moving to Palm City 10 years ago (small and large jobs).  They have always performed high quality work at a fair price.

JERRY ENTERED MY HOUSE AT 8:30 AM AND LEFT AT 2 PM.  I WAS OVERCHARGED ON THE HOURS BILLED WHICH WAS 6 HOURS @ $95. THE MAX SHOULD HAVE BEEN 3 HOURS. THIS GUY JERRY THINKS HE HAS A LICENSE TO STEAL. I WAS NOT AT HOME TO WATCH THE JOB MY WIFE WAS AT HOME WITH A DRAPERY PERSON. HE BILLED FOR HIS LUNCH HOUR TOO. MUCH OF HIS TIME WAS SPENT ON HIS CELL PHONE ACCORDING TO MY WIFE. WHEN I CALLED THE PLUMBING OFFICE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE OVERCHARGE SHAWN QUICKLY DEDUCTED $95.00 REPRESENTING 1 HOUR. I FOOLISHLY ACCEPTED THE OFFER BUT CALLED BACK AND DEMANDED THAT THEY COME BACK TO MY HOME A SUBSTANTIATE THE HOURS BILLED. THEY REFUSED AND THIS TO ME IS ADMITTING GUILT. JERRY DID NOT PROPERERLY FINISH THE JOB BY NOT SECURING THE FACE PLATE.



 I HAVE SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB. TO ANY READERS OF THIS REVIEW USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

It did not go well  I spent $200 to have the line snaked which worked for a couple of days and now the problem is back.  Not only did the technician attempt to overcharge me an extra half hour at a rate of $95/hr they now are providing no credit for the previous work and are wanting $350 to come back out and camera the line.  I called "First Choice" and they snake and camera for $275.  I am most angry at myself for not calling around but be warned this outfit is a rip off.

"Hello, We offered the initial camera and snake for $275 the same as the mentioned competitors price? The customer however wanted to see if we could do it with just a snake. Stating he did not want to pay for the camera. We told him this may not work and that if we need to come back and do a camera and snake job it would be a different charge ($275). Our time spent there was doing what the owner requested (snaking the drain) in a timely manner. A typical blockage requires a camera to detect where the problem area is in the lines. Opting to go in without a camera is a choice we do not recommend. It is at the owners discretion."

Instead of working under the kitchen sink, Jerry (the service man) went to the main clean out where it exited the house, and worked from there. He not only cleaned out the drain to the kitchen, he also cleaned out the one that went the other direction into the rest of the house, and then the drain that led to the septic tank. I don't anticipate having any slow drains in the foreseeable future.

Called for an appt and they were able to come out the same day.   They snaked the kitchen sink to clear a blockage and installed a faucet in the master bathrooom.  Mike was fast and friendly.  We would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to others.
