FIX/ REPLACE CHAIN LINK FENCE. I CALLED THE COMPANY EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED DONE, THEY SENT JASON PORTER OUT TO MY HOUSE FOR AN EST HE ACTED LIKE HE DIDN'T KNOW WHY HE WAS THERE AND CALLED ME WHILE I WAS AT WORK WHICH I EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD NOT BE HOME. HE LEFT..... THIS WAS ON A THURSDAY JULY 28TH, I THEN CALLED THE OFFICE ON FRIDAY AND SPOKE WITH DIANE IN THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE WOULD SEND HIM BACK OUT AND THAT SHE WOULD MAKE SURE THAT THE EST WAS EMAILED TO ME THAT FRIDAY..... NOTHING WAS DONE, NO PHONE CALL BACK OR ANYTHING.... THE FOLLOWING WEEK I CALLED THE OFFICE ON A WEDNESDAY I BELIEVE AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, THE GENTLEMAN THAT ANSWERED SAID HE WAS THE OWNER AND THAT THE FENCE GUY HAD SOME STUFF GOING ON AND THAT HE WOULD GET THE EST TO ME. I BELIEVE THAT WAS EITHER WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY.... THE EST WAS THE HIGHEST OF ALL THE FENCE COMPANIES THAT CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE. THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD REMOVE AND REPLACE 2 BROKEN 1 5/8 X 6' GALV. LINE POSTS. REMOVE CHAINLINK FABRIC FROM MY WOOD FENCE, REINSTALL TOP RAIL (ESIXSTING ON SITE). RECONNECT CHAINLINK FABRIC, STRETCH AND TIE OFF. SO THEY WOULD BE USING ALL OF MY OLD FENCE AND POSTS AND TOP RAILS EXCEPT FOR 2 NEW POSTS. THE EST WAS SO HIGH IT JUST SCREAMS!!! THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE FENCE PROJECT AT ALL.

I called, they showed up like they said, they sent a quote the next day, they came earlier to install the fence and did it right. Finally someone who backs their name. Great Job!!!!

The company did a wonderful job with the fencing. They were very professional and performed the job in a timely manner.

Excellent, sales representative was very courteous, and explained my options well. And the price was right.
