Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
Steve came out and gave me an estimate and I decided to hire his company to install 3 new zones to my irrigation and replace the outdated panel with a wifi accessible one. I had company coming for a week so I set the day for about 2 weeks later. I was thinking he'd forget or change the day but nope, he showed up as scheduled and did the job in one day. Excellent service and he's a hell of a nice guy to boot! Thank you Steve and Southern Tropics Irrigation.

Steve was hired for quarterly service and never once showed up. Gave him a second chance and called for service. He repaired one head but messed up my clock. Can not get my system to work. Called him and he was very rude and refused to do anything. Would not come back and repair the mess he made. Would not hire again.

I cannot recommend Steve with Southern Tropics enough! We just purchased a home in Jupiter and had multiple broken sprinklers and pipes (we also needed some below ground irrigation installed for new grass)- I called Steve and he made time the afternoon I called to assess and complete the entire project in only 1.5 hours. I shared with him my goals and he went above and beyond to check all our sprinklers (something I didn't even ask him to do), locate and replace leaking areas, and remove and cap unused sprinklers. He is a true professional and is extremely knowledgeable and quick to work with, I am so grateful I stumbled upon his information. He also identified several major problems that I did not even know existed. 5 stars, he does not disappoint!!

This is the second time I have hired Southern Tropics to update the irrigation system at my condominium building by changing over from indexers to electrical valves and adding a digital timer. Steve Owens also installed sprinklers in dry areas of the lawn, added pop up sprinklers for increased coverage, and repaired leaks in our system. He did a thorough job at a very fair rate. As an HOA President, I highly recommend Southern Tropics Irrigation!

Steve responded in a very timely manner. He came to my rescue when someone destroyed a brand new Rain Bird Rotor. He was able to repair that rotor. I believe he was fair, honest and would use his irrigation service any time. I would refer him to anyone who needs irrigation assistance. I am and up running. Very grateful!

"This is a very unfair review. In all the years we have been in business, We have NEVER once had someone say this to us. We have a reputation of being fair and honest. You stated to us that your system had not been gone through in a long time and that you wanted us to do whatever was needed to fix it. We did the work that you requested. When we gave you the bill, you became very upset, and we attempted to explain it to you, and you kept screaming at me that I was a **dishonest and liar**. So to appease, I offered to you something I have never offered to anyone, and that was to put everything back the way it was and charge you nothing, and you refused to do that as well. So we did the work that was instructed to us, tried to explain and tried to rectify your complaints, and to no avail."
