At the onset, Nowicki appeared to be responsive. Unfortunately, he never provided us with a detailed (line item) estimate to do the work, despite our numerous written & oral requests. Our request was totally disregarded until the end of the job when he expected payment for what was done. He also threatened us with a property lien if we didn't pay him even though he knew we were grossly dissatisfied. Once his subs were on-board, he became a poor, non-responsive communicator. He failed to adequately supervise his subs (he admitted this at the end of the job). One sub left debris everywhere & ruined a large piece of furniture that should have been covered or moved elsewhere. The same sub also broke fan blades from nearly every ceiling fan in the house. Nowicki never communicated a change that was made to the sub & we had to spend extra $$ to fix the error. He also failed to tell the electrician where the recessed lights should be placed and they were installed in the wrong location.
