I have used him for going on 2 years now. Since I have not used this type of service before they were very helpful in working with our pest control group and early delivery's when we first move in for the winter., I would recommond him. His cost is with in ranged based on the service we requested.

This is an ongoing service. We contact Snowbird when we get ready to leave. The caretaking starts, and we contact Snowbird before we return. In addition to emails and phone calls, Snowbird leaves a written Inspection Report in our home during each visit. This Report covers all items checked: Security, Exterior perimeter,General Interior, A/C, A/C Drain, Refrigerator, Water intrusion: Water Heater, Plumbing, Roof, Sink, Mold/Mildew, and Hurricane Shutters. This form is also used for Special items, and Notes. Notes might include comments about heavy rain storms.
